  • Upload, process, or convert any file that contains malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or malicious payloads designed to compromise computing infrastructure.
  • Upload, process, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, promotes violence, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyright without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or flood our servers with automated bot scripts or denial-of-service (DoS) traffic that disrupts service availability for other visitors.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limit controls or probe the technical vulnerability of our infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights Over Your Files

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and title to all documents, images, audio, video, and text data that you upload to CashDollar Tools. We claim zero ownership or intellectual property rights over your uploaded materials. By uploading files, you grant us solely the temporary, limited technical permission required to process, convert, or format the file as explicitly requested by your browser session.

4. Intellectual Property Over the Platform

The CashDollar Tools name, logo, site design, code, graphics, CSS, and original articles are the exclusive property of CashDollar Tools and are protected by applicable trademark, trade dress, and copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CashDollar Tools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that calculations (such as loan interest rates or BMI indices) will be error-free or suitable for financial or medical determinations.
