1. The Foundation: Zero-Knowledge File Processing

CashDollar Tools provides online document conversion, media transcoding, image editing, and calculation utilities. We operate under a strict ephemeral, zero-retention data architecture:

  • Client-Side Tools: Where technically feasible (such as our Password Generator, Hash Generator, Age Calculator, Word Counter, and Image Canvas filters), your data and files never leave your device. All calculations occur inside your web browser’s local sandbox memory.
  • Server-Side Processing: For utilities that require cloud computation (such as multi-file PDF merges or video transcoding), files are transferred over secure Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) encryption to temporary volatile storage.
  • Automated Purging: Files uploaded for processing are automatically, irrevocably deleted from our temporary cache immediately after download, or within a maximum window of two (2) hours. We never inspect, index, mine, share, or sell the contents of your files.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require user accounts, registrations, or login credentials to access any of our 50 free tools. However, when visiting our website, limited technical data may be automatically logged:

  • Server Log Information: Standard HTTP server logs including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and click paths to maintain server health and mitigate malicious denial-of-service attempts.
  • Contact Form Submissions: If you voluntarily reach out to us at support@cashdollar.online, we receive your name, email address, and message contents solely to resolve your support inquiry.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like most websites, CashDollar Tools uses essential cookies to store visitor preferences (such as your chosen Dark or Light theme) and record session-level data.

To keep all 50 utility tools completely free for users worldwide, CashDollar Tools may partner with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers have the right to request disclosure of categories of data collected and request deletion. CashDollar Tools does not sell personal information as defined by California law.

7. Children's Information

Protecting children using the internet is an important priority. CashDollar Tools does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information on our website, please contact us immediately at support@cashdollar.online, and we will promptly remove it.
